In addition to our regular 2-year warranty we offer an extended warranty of 10 years in total. It covers repairs or replacement of LOULEX products in case of functional damage that affects the use of the item, as well as demonstrable manufacturing or workmanship defects under proper use.

The materials we use are of the highest quality and are both robust and durable. With the right care and attention you can prevent any damage.
